TeamSpeak is a free VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) app that works similar to a conference call and makes use of the latest technology available to ensure an excellent experience for the user.

Delete Client Files
TeamSpeak random freezing can be very annoying. Before the company releases a patch, let’s sort out the issue by deleting corrupt client files. Exit TeamSpeak from the Taskbar and then follow the instructions given below.
- Press Windows Key to open the Start Screen.
- Type Run in the Search Box and open it from the Search Results.
- Type AppData in the newly opened Run dialog. Click OK.
- Open the following location:
..\Roaming\TS3Client\ - Except Settings, delete all the subfolders.
Disable Malfunctioning Plugins
The following steps describe how to disable a malfunctioning plugin while retaining all the necessary plugins. Using the Plugins page find out whether any faulty or incompatible plugins are causing TeamSpeak to freeze out.
- Open TeamSpeak.
- Go to the Settings page and then Plugins category. The alternative key combinations are Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Disable the following plugin:
TestModule - Enable the following plugins, if they’re already disabled:
Lua Plugin
Antifreeze - Exit and re-launch the program.
Prevent Non-Microsoft Startups/ Services
One or more Non-Microsoft startups or Services items are major culprits behind this nuisance. To determine whether an application or services component is consuming an unexpectedly high amount of memory, disable all startup items using the Task Manager.
- Press Windows Key + X; choose Task Manager.
- Click the More details icon.
- Your window size will expand. Use the Startup and Services tab to decide which items you wish to continue or stop from executing.
- Exit the window and restart your system.
Conduct Memory Tests
You need to diagnose issues with your computer memory. RAM issues aren’t straightforward as you might think them to be. Memory issues can manifest in the form of TeamSpeak freezes as your computer runs into extremely inadequate computer memory.
- Type Memory in the Search Box on the Taskbar.
- Open Diagnose your computer’s memory problems from the Search Results.
- Click the Restart now and check for problems button.
- Your computer will automatically restart and conduct several memory tests prior to the boot interval. Be patient and let all these tests successfully conclude.
