1. Make sure you unhide the files by going into This PC, clicking on View and then checking the Hidden items.
2. Navigate to C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Packages\
3. Look for the app that is creating issues. For instance it’s the Xbox App. So we will locate the “Microsoft.XboxApp” folder.
4. Copy the folder’s name.
5. Open Command Prompt as an administrator by right clicking the start button and then choosing Command Prompt (Admin).
6. Now enter the following command:

7. Press ENTER to execute the command and wait for it to finish.
8. Exit Command Prompt and reboot your PC.
