There are plenty of reasons why people might want to clean-up their old retweets and tweets. If you’re a college graduate and looking for a new job, you might want to erase the trace of your old, embarrassing tweets and retweets from your new employer. If you’re a Twitter addict, you might have posted a lot of personal information earlier that you may want to delete to protect your privacy and confidentiality. There are so many other reasons, and legitimate ones. Unfortunately, Twitter doesn’t have an in-house functionality to automatically erase older tweets/ retweets for you.
